Flat tire on the jeep due to a nail that punctured the radial wall (whatever that is). Even biking into work all week and not touching the jeep I still manage to get a flat. UGH!!!

Only three episodes left of Orange is The New Black. Thought spoon feeding myself small dosages, rather than binge viewing, would get me through the vast wasteland of no new Mad Men, Doctor Who, Sherlock and GOT. Suddenly the television landscape is looking pretty bleak for a couple of months.

Discovered Race Pace Bicycles in Baltimore on Federal Hill. Might be my new fav bicycle shop. Definitely worth the drive and great customer service. Purchases - new cycling jersey, a compact pump so I can learn how to change my own tires (eventually), and the Linus Market Panniers for my All City.

Officially fell off diet for my birthday dinner. After loosing 40 pounds since April and cycling my friggin ass off I deserve Vietnamese food and froyo for dessert for one evening.
