Not feeling too swell after my little cycling excursion. Dizzy, nauseated, unable to move upper body, and sharp pain in my shoulder blades. Besides that, it was super awesome and I highly encourage anyone interested in trying it to do it. I will probably join you, I just ask that you give me some time to recoup.

After watching S02E02 of Utopia, I think this might be my favorite show (for the moment). If you haven't seen season 1 watch it, it's awesome and season 2 is surpassing it with just it's first two episodes.

First big accident on the All-City bike this morning going into work. Not moving very fast right now and limping. Unfortunately I also took out too other cyclist in the process which I feel horrible about. Swirved to avoid a pack of runners and my back tire slid out from behind me. Oddly, this morning I had a odd (I hate saying this) "premonition" and I wore my helmet, and we all know I never wear my helmet - NEVER. Bike is not moving very well either. Not a good day.

Exploratory mission to the C&O Canal path. It is exactly 6.27 miles to the gates of the C&O in Georgetown from my house. Only 11 miles in and already I am questioning the rational of biking to Harpers Ferry WV.

New York City highlights - High Line, Central Park, cool friendly bike shops, CabiBiking across the Brooklyn Bridge, Williamsburg cyclists, SkinnySkinny, Mast Brothers Chocolates (yes, it's worth the trek), fitting in Muji clothing, and the realization that I could care less about the majority of the Williamsburg "scene"(though the owner of SkinnySkinny is super fabulous). New York City lows - realization of my crack addiction to NY Pizza, pissy bike shops with attitude, clothing stores with inventory that I will never be able to fit into, and a foot pain from walking that boarders on torture.

Curious, who with the #bikeDC community or the Brompton Bicycle Club is planning on going to the British Embassy event Friday evening for the #Brompton US Championships? Charmaine? I don't want to go and not know anyone there! What does one wear to this sort of THING? ugh! This is stressing me OUT!
